GRAPEVINE, TEXAS - In the third quarter real estate report recently released from leading online home value site Zillow, it showed the US continued to experience home value declines. For the seventh consecutive quarter home values fell, declining 9.7 percent from a year ago in year-over-year home values (YoY). The Dallas metro area showed a very small home value appreciation from a year ago (+0.1%). Good news for some of our local residents, Grapevine, Texas was one of the area highlights with a +3.3% year-over-year gain.

How have home values been in the N. Richland Hills area of Texas (76180) which I live in the New Grace Meadows area off of Precinct Line and Kirk?

Gary - Thanks for your question, according to the report NRH showed a very small decline of -1.5%, with a median home value of $157,198.
